Payouts

How payouts work

Payouts are transferred to the deposited bank account every 7 days, between Monday and Friday. If you need another payout frequency, reach out to our finance team. The very first payout takes place once the first payments have been accepted and processed via wallee.

A fee of CHF 0.50 is charged for each payout.

attention

Prerequisite: the amount must be above the minimum limit. This limit can vary and is shown in the portal. If the amount is below the minimum limit, the payout is not transferred to your bank account until the limit is reached — which can take several days.

info

We currently support settlements in Swiss francs (CHF) and euros (EUR) only.

FieldWhat it means
Total (ready for payout)The amount that will be paid out within the next 7 days, provided it is above the minimum amount. It is made up of all settled payments made after a disbursement. See the note on credits below.
PendingOn the day of payment the amount moves from Total to Pending until it has actually been transferred to the bank account. This can take from a few hours up to a day. The actual transfer to the bank account entered in the portal is usually visible one day later.
Total (all payouts)The total of all payouts since the beginning.
PayoutsThe amount that was transferred to the bank account on the 7th day — the total of all settled payments between two disbursements.
Settled FundsAll purchases that the acquirer has also paid out to us. There may therefore be differences between the date of the end customer's purchase and the amount actually paid out. Everything not yet paid out appears as Pending under bank transactions.
FeeA fee of CHF 0.50 is charged for each payout.
info

How credits (refunds) are handled: credits are only deducted if the amount to be paid out is higher than the credit. Example: CHF 500 is ready for payout and the credit is CHF 200, so CHF 300 is paid out. If the credit is larger than the payout amount — CHF 300 ready for payout against a CHF 400 credit — the credit remains open and no reconciliation is carried out yet.

Details of the payments processed

To see the details of a payout, click on the payout you are interested in and export the details.

These amounts can be saved as a CSV file via export. The file contains all the information, such as the merchant ID and the payment method.

Payout delay

It can happen that there is a small delay in a payout. This occurs when some transactions are still outstanding because we, as the processor, have not yet received the money from the acquirer.

To check which transactions will be paid out soon, open the bank transaction list in your space.

info

The value date is the time when we, as the processor, receive the money from the acquirer and pay it out immediately. Because processing these payouts to us takes different amounts of time, payouts may be delayed.

If the value date has been reached and you still have not received the payout, please contact our support team immediately.
