Onboarding Checklist
Work through this checklist before you submit your application. Every point below is something we verify during the review — having it ready avoids follow-up questions and a second review cycle.
Company details and ownership
- Company details — enter your Company Identification Number (UID, commercial register number) and, if applicable, your VAT number.
- Beneficial owners — record all individuals listed in the commercial register with a management role.
- Shareholders — declare all shareholders, partners or associates holding more than 25% control of the company, including the percentage.
- Proof of ownership structure — if the ownership structure is not clear from the commercial register, upload an extract from the company's register of shareholders or partners after submitting the application. A template is linked in the onboarding form.
- Applicant — the application must be submitted by a person with signing authority (individual or collective). Alternatively, upload an appropriate Power of Attorney after submission, using this template.
Additional requirements for online shops
Your webshop must be accessible for review and include the following elements:
- An imprint / legal notice, with company name and UID or commercial register number
- General Terms and Conditions (T&Cs), including an acceptance note or click-to-accept in the cart or checkout page
- A privacy policy
- Products and services offered, including descriptions, prices and shopping cart functionality
- No access restrictions, such as password protection or maintenance mode
Additional requirements for in-person sales (terminals)
- A link to your existing Google Business Profile, which we use to verify the location for terminal use
