Where can I find the Terminal ID, serial number, software version, and OS version on my terminal?

To check specific IDs, the software version, and the operating system of your device, please consult the Print Information option on the terminal.

This powerful feature provides detailed insights into your device and allows quick access to essential information at the touch of a button. Whether or not your device is linked to a Terminal ID (TID), the Print Information option remains accessible.

In this brief guide, we’ll show you how to identify the TID, serial number, software version (also referred to as the VPJ version), and the operating system version.

Case 1: Your terminal is linked to a TID

  1. Pick up your terminal and open the Settings menu.
  2. Once in the settings menu, look for an option called Print Information.
  3. Tap on Print Information. A screen will appear showing various details about your device.

Case 2: Your terminal is not linked to a TID

  1. Pick up your terminal. If it is not linked to a TID, you should see a screen prompting you to enter your activation code.
  2. In the top corner of the screen, look for three horizontal lines. Tap this icon to open the menu.
  3. From the menu, select the option Print Information (or a similar label). This will provide you with detailed information about the device.
