How can I make the payment methods appear in the checkout?

Work through these two causes — they account for almost every case where no payment methods are shown in the Magento checkout.

1. Check the configuration

Make sure you completed the configuration described on the Integration page: your space ID and the application user's access information must be entered in the Magento backend.

Saving the configuration form is what initiates the synchronization of the payment methods and the set-up of the webhooks. If you have never saved the form, neither has happened.

2. Check for a conflicting fee or coupon module

If the configuration is correct, a special fee or coupon module that we do not support may be interfering.

Payment methods are only displayed if the module's total calculation matches the actual order total. Disable the module in question and check whether the payment methods appear.
