How to Find Manuals and Fact sheets for Your Terminal

Browse by Terminal Model​

  1. Go to the Terminal Overview page:

    https://en.wallee.com/accept-payments/terminal-overview

  2. Choose your terminal model (e.g. PAX A50S, A920Pro, IM30, etc.).

  3. Scroll all the way to the bottom of the selected terminal’s page.

  4. You’ll find a section labeled “Downloads” which includes:

    • Manuals (in multiple languages)
    • Factsheets (typically in German)

Using the Central Downloads Page​

  1. Go to the official PostFinance Checkout Downloads page:
    https://en.wallee.com/about-wallee/downloads
  2. Scroll to the “Manuals and Factsheets” section.
  3. Look for your terminal model (e.g. PAX A50S, A920Pro, IM30, etc.).
  4. Click the appropriate file to download it:
    • Factsheets are typically available in German.
    • Manuals are available in English, German, and French.
