How can I trigger a final balance on my terminal?

To generate a final balance report on your terminal, please follow these steps. You can either print the report or display it digitally using a QR code:

1. Pick up your terminal and tap the three horizontal lines on the idle screen to open the application menu.
2. Navigate to the Reports icon or option.
3. Select the desired report, e.g. Final Balance. Wait a few seconds for the report to load.
   If your device supports printing and is connected to a printer, the report will be printed automatically.
4. Alternatively, a QR code will appear on the screen. If you wish to download the report digitally, simply scan the QR code.
5. To confirm and complete the process, press the "OK" button.
