warning
In case you can not set it there you first have to activate the feature: Settings / Features.
Please also note this feature might not be available for all subscriptions. In this case you need to upgrade.
🧭 First-Time Setup Wizard
When you access this section for the first time, a setup wizard will guide you through the creation of your first Dunning Flows. The wizard helps you define:
- Reminder levels
- Duration per level
- Interest and fees
- Trigger rules
You can later return to adjust or refine any of these flows.

✉️ Delivery Options
Each dunning notice can be:
- Generated as a document (in PDF format). To get more Information about Documents ee the customization section.
- Delivered via Printer integration (physical print & send) see more https://gitlab.wallee.com/frontend/documentation/-/blob/master/content/reconciliation-accounting/wallee-accounting-capabilities/dunning/broken-reference/README.md
🧨 Triggering Rules
For the Dunning flow to work correctly, you must ensure the following:
- The Dunning module is activated.
- The respective payment method (QR-Invoice, eBill, etc.) must have a Dunning Flow enabled. This is done in the connector configuration.
- The Dunning process will only be triggered after the payment payment term, which is defined on the Connector level.
If these steps are not completed, dunning notices will not be triggered, even if the invoice becomes overdue.
