Transaction menu
Besides regular payments, the terminal's menu offers other transaction types, such as refunds, reversals and gift card transactions. To open the menu, tap the credit card icon on the idle screen.
Some operations ask for a password before they start. The default password is 2005. Replace it with your own before you start using the terminal, so customers and unauthorised staff can't start refunds or reversals. You can change it in two ways:
- In the portal (recommended): set the Merchant Password in your terminal configuration. It applies to all terminals that use this configuration.
- On the terminal: use Change Password in the settings menu, then run Configuration to apply it.
